Cal is a social practice artist whose work is centered on developing equitable solutions to problems using art as a catalyst. Cal joined the Haile Foundation in May 2023 after a 20-year history in non-profit leadership and arts administration. Cal has held prior positions at SFMOMA, the Cincinnati Art Museum, and most recently as the inaugural Executive Director of Wave Pool Arts Center.
