Dr. Smith is Executive Director of Cradle Cincinnati and an Assistant Field Professor at UC's Medical School. She is committed to addressing health disparities for Black women and babies. She participates in The Ohio Eliminating Disparities in Infant Mortality Governor’s Task Force and the U.S. Maternal Mental Health Task Force.
