Citizens announced a $500K commitment to Ohio Workforce Development, including a $90K grant to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank’s Community Resource Center. 

The Cleveland Foundation provided a $105K grant to the Greater Cleveland Regionals Transit Authority which will allow all users to ride the bus, rapid or paratransit to the polls for free for Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024.

The Women’s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation launched free program “Appointed 101: An Intro to Civic Engagement for Women” with support from MetroParks of Butler County, Northern Cincinnati Foundation, The Women’s Fund of the Hamilton Foundation and the Middletown Community Foundation.

Bryan Area Foundation gave a $30K grant to Bryan Development for its Business Improvement Grant program. 

The Medina County Community Foundation has awarded $41K to 14 nonprofits dedicated to improving the quality of lives for Medina County residents.

The Adams County Community Foundation announced the creation of the First State Bank Dan Ferguson Scholarship Fund by the bank to honor their long-time, respected employee.

ArtsNow, Summit County’s arts advocacy agency, announced $402K in arts and culture grants on Thursday.

Butler County United Way will invest nearly $740K in 40 county programs in upcoming funding cycle.

The Community Foundation of Lorain County raised $389K through Connect for a Cause for local non-profit organizations.
