This full-day, in-person engagement will be full of thought-provoking conversations focused on practices that advance and increase your impact. Hear about developing a strategic direction – centering your organization’s unique values and priorities – that leverages both financial investments and non-grantmaking strengths of philanthropy. Consider how your organization can deliver more significant community impact by designing your governance, grantmaking and engagement strategies to achieve lasting change.

Please note that this program is intended to serve those at both staffed and unstaffed private and family foundations. Trustees at family foundations are invited to register members of the “next generation” who would benefit from exposure to the statewide professional network as you jointly consider succession planning and onboarding.
